Rotate Cycle Motor makes its affected bone oscillate between 2 angles.

This motor is installed on a single bone.

Usage

Rotate Cycle Motor defines rotating motion between 2 user defined angles. The motor is useful for any sort of animation that requires repeating motion of the angular nature. It can also be used as a base entity to drive Bend Physics Motors.

Animatable Properties

  • startAngle The minimum angle of the motion defined in degrees.

  • endAngle The maximum angle of the motion defined in degrees.

  • phase This controls where the initial angle of the motion starts at. (Values to try: 0 to 5)

  • speed This controls how quickly the angular oscillations run. (Values to try: 0.1 to 5)

  • pivotX This determines the X origin of the rotational pivot.

  • pivotY This determines the Y origin of the rotational pivot.
