Flow Particles do not support game engine export at the moment. This is a lot more complicated but is planned for future work.
The export target is currently for frame/video sequences ( VFX/Film work ) right now. This is mentioned in the Flow introductory video tutorial.

Hello, There are a couple of ways to do this: 1) One way for you right now is to export your character as FBX from Creature. Then you can use the standard UE4 pipeline to do ragdolls. 2) You can also create a separate ragdoll in UE4 using UE4's ragdoll authoring tools, then use Creature's UE4 BP run...

Actually the vertex renaming is a valid bug, I found out it's an internal UI issue. Will be addressing that.

Hello, That is strange, will take a look when I get the cycles. However, it could be the way UE4 interprets/interpolates the angles. Your alternative will be to not use that feature and manually key in the extra keys for now. If you do not run that feature, the angles should be behave as before. Non...

Hello,

So did you save your project ( as in save frequently ) ?
This is not the perfect solution but you can try clicking on File -> Restore to Checkpoint...
It will give you a list of save checkpoints to restore your project from. This allows you to recover to previously saved versions.
