I think it's the server which it is contacting having some issues. Will look into making this more stable for the next Alpha release.

Sorry Spine does not use standard methods for rigging and mesh skinning so it is not possible for this feature to work with their file format completely.

Hello, When you export to FBX, there is a "Export Region Z Delta" which determines the z displacement depth for region mesh. You can increase that to if you have overlapping regions. Already sent you a new license, please check your email.
Go into your windows Registry Editor -> remove the CREATURE_ANIMATION_APP key.
Then run Creature and register with your new license key
