Parts which have 0 weight are not appear in animate mode.

To make some parts completely static.
create 1 root bone.
Set affected regions you want them static to this root bone.
paint weight = 1.

Or you may use Free FK Motor. It is independent motor.

No need Pro version. Standard License is enough to use a skin weight in Creature.

I used Spriter before. And I still wait for a free form deformation. Unfortunately, I waited for several months, Spriter has not add free form deformation.

Thank you for response. I edited my "refsize.png". I made it to a completely filled box.

But It still disappeared after I imported it.

I will test other ways later.

It crashed when I use or not use GPU super sample.
