midasphysics? kestrelmoon? difference?

Hi,

In my quest for a good animation package i stumbled across Creature. I watched some of the tutorials here

But then i noticed, that there is another website, (with another product?) with different prefix ("midas" instead of "kestrel") and DIFFERENT PRICING plans. This "other product" is even sporting a different Youtube channel, sporting the SAME examples "kestrelmoon creature" is using. Confused, I searched this forum for explanation, what the difference between these 2 (?) products is? I did not find an answer.

Please shortly explain to me, what is the difference between these products, i saw the feature lists, but im even more confused, as to what im actually looking at. For example there seems to be lifetime license for kestrelmoon creature and yearly/monthly subscription for midasphysics creature, but is that the only difference and are those "two creatures" essentially the same software? I will refrain from judgement of creating 2 different websites and companies for the same differently named differently licensed product, as i am clearly simply very very confused at this point.

Creature has 2 purchase options: Perpetual and Subscription, we offer both as flexiblity to our customers.

Perpetual license you purchase through the KestrelMoon website:

For Subscription you purchase through the DeepMotion website:
http://deepmotion.com/creature

The publisher "MidasPhysics" was renamed to "DeepMotion" recently and is the publisher of our Subscription License.
Both Perpetual & Subscription are identical feature wise and receive the exact same updates at the same time.
