Updates for new version

Fixing Add Region Mesh bug in Rig mode Making the mesh added in the correct layering order in Rig Mode. Display issue fix.

Wasn't sure, if I am on the latest version, because in the "About Creature Pro" is written "Copyright (c) 2018 ..." and couldn't see the date, when the latest update was. But I am glad this software is still supported.

When trying to convert Spine-JSON 3.8.99 files, I got the follwoing error:

ERROR: No default skins key found!
ERROR: Conversion Failed.

I know, it can be hard to keep up with the Spine API. You are nearly my only hope to get a Spine file correctly into FBX.

Was also trying the DragonBone-Dragon and got this error:

Hello,

Sorry Spine does not use standard methods for rigging and mesh skinning so it is not possible for this feature to work with their file format completely.
