I hope you don't mind me asking something here off topic because I don't want to open another thread. Have you thought about making it possible to reorder z regions inside the editor much like swapping images, on certain frame. I know it can be done within UE4 but it is more precise when you can determine the exact frame of region reordering.

Not yet since it requires a more major framework overhaul which is why the functionality is provided in the runtimes for now.
I will look at it at some point in the future but right now there are a whole host of other feature requests needed to be addressed.
