Clickteam Fusion 2.5?

Have you consider making a runtime for Clickteam Fusion?

I ask your question on their forum and the answer is no. However they said that nothing prevents you to implement it on your own. I guess that they refer on their SDK.

clickteam is working on fusion 3 and have stated that they will be collaborating with spriter dev to support its runtime as part of the engine or help him develop a runtime.
If you get in touch with them, they might be very interested in collaborating with you in implementing a runtime, @chong
