Godot export res:// and user:// fix?

Hello, thanks for fixing and answering my last questions :3
I'm fairly impressed by creature, however this is the last problem for me.

Could you please fix this error so the copy file hack wouldn't be necessary? Or if not, please approach godot github and ask how to fix it.

I did ask Godot before but at that time the didn't quite have a solution for it other than the manual hack. Will ask around again...
