Question about the Licences

Is the licences concurrent? It says Per Seat on the buy page, but I want to upgrade my computer soon, can I re download it again after uninstalling it from the old one?

Hello,

Yes you can re-download the license and re-register on your new machine. The system will update its details on the license server with your new info. As long as you do not abuse it ( install it on lot of machines :p ) it will be fine. The server itself will trigger a warning if the system is abused which shouldn't happen if you are just upgrading to a different machine.

If your license link is expired, just email: creature@kestrelmoon.com with your purchase details and we can re-send you a new download link.

Okay thank you very much! One more question, I have a computer and a laptop. Sometimes I prefer working on a laptop and sometimes I prefer the desktop. I can't afford two licences, so I was wondering if it was like one time download per machine until you change, or I can have it on my laptop and desk top at the same time?

Hello,

As long as you are not working/running Creature on the 2 machines at any one time, it should be fine. The system only triggers a warning if it is rampant abuse, which in your case it isn't.
