When the rigging view is opened and a new image is added to it, then the mesh overlay covers the entire image, thus making it impossible to work with.
When I switch back to mesh view and then again back to rigging view, the mesh overlay is gone and visible only on the outline of the image, which is good, but this has to be done every single time a new image is imported.
